By placing an order with Foldable Tables and Chairs Kenya — via WhatsApp, phone or any other channel — you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.
Products & Pricing
All prices on foldabletablesandchairs.com are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your WhatsApp or phone order is the price you pay. Product images are representative; minor colour or finish variations may occur between batches. We reserve the right to limit quantities on bulk orders.
Placing an Order
Orders are placed by contacting us on WhatsApp at 0756161300 or calling the same number. An order is confirmed when we acknowledge your product selection, delivery address and agreed price. We reserve the right to decline orders if a product is out of stock or if we cannot deliver to your location.
Payment
Payment is due on delivery for Nairobi orders. We accept cash on delivery and M-Pesa. For nationwide orders arranged via courier, payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order. We do not accept payment by credit card on this website — all payments are handled directly at delivery or via M-Pesa as agreed.
Delivery
Nairobi delivery takes approximately 3 hours from order confirmation (Ksh 600 delivery fee). Nationwide delivery takes 24 to 48 hours; transport costs are paid directly to the courier. Delivery times are estimates — delays due to traffic, weather or courier schedules are not grounds for cancellation after delivery has been dispatched. See our Delivery Policy for full details.
Returns & Warranty
Returns are accepted for verified manufacturing defects only — not for change of mind, accidental damage or normal wear and tear. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery. All products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Returns Policy for full details.
Limitation of Liability
Foldable Tables and Chairs Kenya is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, events beyond our control, or misuse of products after delivery.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya. We may update these terms at any time; the current version is always available at foldabletablesandchairs.com/terms-of-service.
