Returns Policy — Manufacturing Defects Only
We stand behind the quality of our foldable tables and chairs. Returns are accepted only when there is a verified manufacturing defect — not for change of mind or damage after delivery.
Important
Manufacturing defects only. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. If your item has a verified manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for assessment and replacement.
When we accept a return
- ✓Verified manufacturing defects (e.g. faulty frame, broken folding mechanism, structural crack from factory)
- ✓Defects reported within 7 days of delivery
- ✓Items in the condition received — assessed before replacement is arranged
When we do not accept a return
- ✕Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- ✕Accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear after delivery
- ✕Items modified, assembled incorrectly, or stored improperly
- ✕Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery
Report window: Within 7 days of delivery
Warranty: 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects (separate from this returns policy)
